!! Anthony is your guy to buy or sell a house. I’m not easily impressed but Anthony blew me away with each and every expectation I could ever have. He made the process of buying a home enjoyable due to his experience in the field. This came in handy when we almost lost the house that we wanted because of a bidding war. 22 offers went in and … wait for it … we got the House! We were the 2nd highest offer and Anthony was able to secure the deal by being in contact with the seller’s agent every day ( which the seller’s agent let us know he was the only one that did so ) and making the small details in the offer more appealing to the seller. If this still hasn’t impressed YOU then maybe this will. Every showing we went to he was the first one there and was already getting a feel of the sellers and their agents. He would try to find out how many deals were already in and see how strong the competition really was. He could do this due to his amazing character , he is so easy going and makes you feel super comfortable through the whole process. So if you want a master negotiator who has years of experience with deals to prove it, look no further you found your guy!
